The service at this trendy hotel was outstanding and the rooms were clean and stylishly renovated, including a "rollin shower".

Despite not having enough time, we would definitely think about coming back here in the future.

Hotel was conveniently located and easy to check in and out. Everything was comfortable for an overnight stay.

The personnel were very friendly and extremely courteous. The location was convenient, with attractions like Pottsgrove Manor Museum nearby.

The hotel was well-appointed and wonderful and located in a nice enough area. The room was beautifully maintained with a "rollin shower", had a good night's sleep. The staff was very responsive & attentive. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Pottstown.

The staff was very nice

Room was not clean and was freezing cold when we entered. Shampoo was used by former guest and not replaced with new. Fire alarm went off in early am. Food at buffet was dry and not hot. Luckily we were only staying 1 night. Also booked through internet and no reservation was found on arrival.

The rooms were huge and nicely appointed. The location was marvelous for the event I was attending. The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive, making the whole experience good.

Enjoyed the fitness room on our floor. Our beds were comfortable and liked the difference firmness of the pillows. Roon was clean. Overall all our experience was good.

Had to wait to, go to our room because it was no cleaned yet. Since we were to freshen up before We meet our friends for dinner. We had less than 15 Minute s to freshen up until meeting our friend.

The pool is nice, and the location here was particularly good and excellent for the event I attended, also, there's a variety of breakfast options available.

The property in general, except..

The compressor noise in the refrigerator kept me awake, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom..

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient for us to visit family in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with no finger prints or signs of neglect. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including parking and transportation options, were well-maintained.

Staff, cleanliness, and the location was great, we were able to walk to several locations to shop and eat.

Pricy... could have stayed an extra night but it was expensive for the family. More meats like bacon for breakfast and scrambled eggs, overall good breakfast.
